Coach Philosophy:
I believe sports can provide ample opportunities to learn life lessons that will help young athletes in their adult life. Some of these lessons include punctuality, building a competitive nature, not being afraid of making mistakes (and learning from them), effective communication, and most importantly RESPECT.

I will hold my team, individual athletes, and myself to:
1. Build a positive team culture and environment. Skill alone will only take us so far, with a strong positive team culture/environment we can go further!
2. Seek continuous improvements throughout our time together. Always be disciplined, build consistency, and cultivate a relentless/competitive nature in practices AND games. Never become comfortable/complacent in your current state; always want more.
3. To focus on the PROCESS over winning.

"Be humble. Be Hungry. And always be the hardest worker in the room" - Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
