Coach Philosophy:

1. Practice makes permanence not perfection. How you practice is how you will play in a game.
2. No laziness. Hustle for everything/NO one armed passes.
3. Positivity goes both ways. It's important to support each other in a positive/constructive way. It's equally important for to accept it in return
4. No balls hit the floor without at least 3 bodies. That said, everyone knows their roles and who should take any given ball.
5. Communication is key! Always talking when the ball is in play. Be the loudest team in the gym.
