CETS Indoor Volleyball League NOTES

- Each player should register INDIVIDUALLY. All players will be assigned to a Team with other players of similar skill level. Teams will have 6-7 players on the roster. Players choosing to form their own teams can have more players on their roster if they choose, but all players need to register and pay separately. Players can recommend to play with specific friends by adding their names to the Team Name / Friends section on the registration form.

-Players should register for the correct Skill Level (see chart below) that best describes their level of play. No more than two higher-level players are allowed to play on a lower level team. No player should play more than one level down or up. (For Example, an A Player should not be playing B/BB, but can play BB/BB+). Players may be asked to switch teams for league parity if needed.

- The standard format for all leagues (unless specifically posted) will be normal 6v6. Teams can play with as few as 4 players if needed and do not have to "side out" for missing players. Additional players may be added to the roster in mid season if original players continue to not show. COED leagues cannot have more males than females at any time on the court. There is no "female" rule requiring a female to touch the ball on each play.

- The season is usually 6 weeks long with each team playing two matches per night consisting of the best 2 of 3 sets (games). Sets (games) are played to 25 points for the first two sets (games) and 15 points for the 3rd set (game) if needed. All scoring is rally scoring. There will be a 30-point cap for the first two games and 20-point cap for the third game. The coordinator reserves the right to put a time limit on specific matches if they are running late if other teams are waiting to play.

- All teams will qualify for the end of the season single elimination playoffs.
