Camp Times
The Sports Connection's Super Terrific FUN Camps are from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday-Friday.  Early drop-off (8:00 AM) and late pick-up (5:00 PM) is available for Full Day Camps at NO additional charge.  Extended Drop-Off / Pick-Up time is available for $25 per week, per option.  See registration page for details.

Registration Fee
An Annual Registration Fee (Player's Card) is required for all Summer Camps.  The Registration Fee is $25 per Camper or $35 per Family.

*Full Payment Is Due With Camp Registration.  Camp refunds are available (minus a $50 cancellation fee) if done at least three weeks before camp begins.  For campers with more than 2 weeks of camp and in need of a payment plan, please call 704-583-1444 and ask for the camp director.

Camp Snacks
The Sports Connection will provide time for snacks and beverages each morning and afternoon for all campers. Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase at the Sports Connection snack bar.  Campers are welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages as well.

Camp Lunch
Each camper is responsible for bringing his/her own bag lunch Monday through Thursday.  The Sports Connection will treat all campers to pizza and chips on Friday.

Optional Camp Lunch Program

Optional Lunch Programs:  The Sports Connection is offering an Optional Hot Lunch Program Monday-Thursday each week of camp.  The daily hot lunch includes a drink and is $5 per day per child.  Parents can register and pay for the lunch program on the first day of camp or online.

1. Where will the Super Terrific FUN camp take place?
 The Sports Connection Super Terrific FUN Camp (Option 1 and Option 2) will take place at both our Indoor Sports Facility (Granite Street) AND our Family Entertainment Center (Ballantyne).  Option 3 will take place at only the Granite Street Location.

2. What days will my camper be at which facility?
You can choose between Monday-Wednesday-Friday or a Wednesday-Friday at Ballantyne. The alternate days will be spent at our Granite Street Location. 
Option 3 will take place at only the Granite Street Location.  Campers must be dropped off at the correct facility, on the correct days.

3. Can my child just go to the Granite Street Facility everyday?
Yes.  Anyone signing up for Camp Option 3 will be at the Granite Street location for the entire week.  Campers choosing Option 3 will not be able to participate in the activities located at the Ballantyne facility.

4. Can my child just go to the Ballantyne Facility everyday?
No.  Children will be able to choose between going two or three days a week to the Ballantyne location.  We do have Half Day Camps Monday-Friday at the Ballantyne location.

5. Does Sports Connection provide a shuttle service between facilities?
No. You will be in charge of dropping off your children at the correct facility, on the correct days.

6. What activities are included in the Sports Connection Super Terrific FUN Camp?
While at our Indoor Sports Facility on Granite Street, campers will participate in a variety of sports, games and activities focused on participation and learning the concept of sportsmanship and teamwork. 
 
At our Ballantyne Family Entertainment Center, campers will enjoy being kids by playing cosmic bowling, jumping in our inflatable moon bouncers, rock climbing, playing Laser Tag and of course all the arcade games they can handle.  Each facility will provide campers with plenty of other activities and a great chance to get out of the house and meet new friends!

7. What is the cost?  Are there sibling discounts?
Camp will cost $185-$215 per person.  An early registration fee of $185 is eligible to anyone who registers and pays in full by April 15th.  Because we have a limited amount of space available, we DO NOT offer sibling discounts.

8. Do I need to purchase a Player's Card Annual Membership Fee?
 
All campers will need a valid Sports Connection Player's Card to attend camp.  If you previously purchased a Player's Card and are unsure whether or not it is still valid, please call us at 704-583-1444 to verify expiration date.

9. What ages are appropriate for Super Terrific FUN CAMP?
Because it is a full day of camp, we ask that only campers age 6-12 sign up for this camp.  If you have a younger child looking to participate in a half-day camp, feel free to explore our Ballantyne Half-Day Summer Fun Camp

10. What time will camp begin and end?
The Super Terrific Fun Camp will be 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.  Early Drop Off (7:30 AM) is available for $25 per week.  Late Pick-Up (6:00 PM) is available for $25 per week.
